SADHU SUNDER SINGH SABHA GRIHA DEDICATED 

“We are just 38 years old, very young comparing to the 2,000 years history of Christianity, yet our God shows us signs of his presence, goodness, power and his purpose in our lives. And to reveal this he chooses someone amongst us. In this context, God chose The Rev. Dr. Enos Das Pradhan, General Secretary, Church of North India Synod, he brought him and his family to serve the Lord and during his tenure at the Synod secretariat Rev. Dr. Enos Das Pradhan has seen many ups and down.  But, he stood by his faithfulness and blessings of the Lord and that is how today we are gathered here to magnify and praise God for his blessings,” laudedThe Most Rev. Purely Lyngdoh, Moderator, Church of North India. He was speaking at the dedication of the refurbished CNI Conference Hall, SADHU SUNDAR SINGH SABHA GRIHA on February 24, 2009. Present on the occasion were The Rt. Rev. Dr. Philip Marandih, Deputy Moderator, Church of North India, Mr. Kalyan Peterson, Treasurer, CNI Synod.  Also present were the members attending the Property Management workshop representing different diocese, along with the members of the CNI Bhavan Community. 

The refurbished hall has the state of the art facilities for the users.  It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate nearly 100 people. 

The Most Rev. Purely Lyngdoh, Moderator, Church of North, while delivering the message based on Psalm 100 said, that every time we  come to this Sabha Griha let us praise and thank God.  There are many challenges for us that can over come by Gods help.  We need to put our trust in Him, and he leads us on. He further said, as we are approaching the lent season, let us discipline ourselves in our relationship with God. 

The Rt. Rev. Dr. Philip Marandih, Deputy Moderator, Church of North India, led the closing prayer.  The Moderator pronounced the benediction.
