Release of Sermon Resource Book for Year “B” Readings 

Over the past few years, the Church of North India had been demanded of different resources for lectionary sermon and worship preparation by our congregations and more so by our Presbyters.  Thus the Synod felt that there is a pressing need to develop a systematic Didache and Liturgia to enable our congregations relate the Biblical teachings to their local context and practice their faith in action.  As presbyters are responsible to revive the congregations through their contextualized sermons and teachings, we thought of developing a yearly Sermon Resource so that the presbyters can have some expository preaching readily available for Sunday Services all throughout the CNI congregations. 

The Sermon Resource Book for Year ‘B’ Readings was released by the Moderator of Church of North India during the 13^th Ordinary Synod meeting at Pathankot which has been effectively used by our presbyters and congregations in realization to the mission of Christ in strengthening preaching and fellowship.  The preachers have found this resource to be more practical than technical
