MODERATOR OF CHURCH OF SCOTLAND VISITS CNI

The Most Rev. Alan McDonald accompanied by his wife Dr. Judith McDonald, Ms. Alison Twaddle, Moderator’s Chaplain and Mr. Sandy Sneddon, Asia Secretary, Church of Scotland visited the Church of North India in a gesture of partnership and mutuality.  The visitors went to the Dioceses of Eastern Himalaya, Delhi , Chandigarh and Amritsar .  Their interaction with the people and communities enriched their understanding of mission works in India and the issues that our Dioceses are addressing to.  The Church of Scotland has always shared in the mission concerns of Church of North India .  We believe that through this visit our partnership has been strengthened.
