CNI Joins CISRS in Celebrating its Golden Jubilee 

The Christian Institute for Study of Religion and Society (CISRS) celebrated its Golden Jubilee during 12^th to 15^th February 2007 at Indian Social Institute, Bangalore.  Using the slogan ‘Moving forward in search of Truth and Justice’, CISRS had a challenging journey over the years, meeting the aspiration of the people and building the nation through socio-political intervention.  The Church of North India, as committed for the same purpose, affirmed its continual support to CISRS, through its perceptive participation, in the days to come to make religion relevant society in the pluralistic and challenging context of India for greater ecumenical manifestation.
