Dear Readers, 

Warm greetings to you from the Church of North India. 

It is my pleasure to communicate with you once more through our e-news.  We have been always encouraged by your continual support and prayers for the mission we are engaged here in this part of the world.  Through ups and downs we were able to witness Christ meaningfully in the past in many areas of our mission concerns.  You must have read some stories of success in our recent e-news.  Praise God for that. 

In a country like India where religious intolerance is growing sidelining the core issues of peace and justice we as a faith community are sailing against the rising tides of political and communal fundamentalism to establish the reign of God.  Surely God is with us and granting us His enabling presence in all that we do.  From this issue onward we are changing the format and trying our best to make it as informative as it could be.  Many of you had requested that photographs should also be uploaded to make it more presentable.  We are happy that in this format we can meet your request and send you photographs of different programmes.  Please continue to uphold us in your prayers as you go through this e-newsletter and share with other friends in your network.
